Scope of Services

We provide an automated appointment booking and scheduling platform designed specifically for healthcare clinics and medical offices in the Vancouver area and beyond. Our services include appointment scheduling automation, patient management tools, clinic administration features, and appointment confirmation capabilities. The platform is intended to streamline administrative workflows for medical professionals and enhance the patient booking experience. We deliver these services through our web-based software accessible to authorized clinic staff and patients within participating healthcare facilities.

User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access information provided to you. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering or using our platform. Any misuse of our services, including unauthorized access attempts or violations of healthcare privacy regulations, will result in immediate termination of your access.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials provided through our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ClinicFlow Scheduling Limited or our licensed partners. This includes, but is not limited to, software code, user interfaces, graphics, logos, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for its intended purpose only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without express written consent. Limitations of Liability

Termination

All legal proceedings arising from or relating to these terms shall be conducted in English. Any claims or disputes must be initiated within one year of the date the cause of action arose, or they will be permanently barred. We may pursue any available remedies under applicable law for violations of these terms.
